Space Stations
Stations are safe havens in the void. Dock to trade on the marketplace, craft equipment, repair your ship, and access your bank.
Docking
- Approach the station - Fly within the docking radius (500 units)
- Press E - Your ship will animate toward the docking port
- Wait for docking - The animation takes about 2 seconds
Stations project a safe zone (1,500 unit radius) where combat is disabled. Weapons cannot fire and damage cannot be dealt inside this zone. Use stations as refuge when under attack!
Station Services
Marketplace
Every station has its own independent marketplace where players trade:
- Create buy/sell orders for resources, equipment, and ships
- Browse and fulfill other players' orders
- Prices are set by players — they vary per station!

Crafting Facilities
All stations have four crafting facilities:

| Refinery | Process ores + ice into refined metals |
| Weapon Forge | Craft weapons and mining tools |
| Equipment Lab | Create engines, shields, boosters, and utilities |
| Shipyard | Build ships from refined materials |
Facility tier matches the station tier — higher tier facilities unlock more advanced recipes. See Crafting for recipes.
Bank
Access your secure bank storage:
- Store items safely (not lost on death)
- Unlimited capacity
- Accessible from ANY station

Shipyard (Fleet Management)
Manage your fleet of ships:
- View all ships you own
- Switch to a different ship
- Rename your ships
Repair
Stations offer hull repair. Your hull only regenerates up to 75% in space — full repair requires docking.
While docked, hull and shield regenerate 3x faster than in space, and hull can regenerate to 100%.

Origin Constellation (0, 0) — Tier 1, Green Zone
The starter constellation. Safe and resource-light. Three stations provide all basic services.

Dangerous space with higher tier resources. Ship loss is permanent here.

Undocking
When ready to leave:
- Click the "Undock" button in the station lobby, or press ESC
- Your ship launches from the docking port
- Controls are restored once clear of the station
Station Tips
- Repair before leaving - Hull regeneration in space caps at 75%, so always repair at a station
- Use the bank - Store valuable items safely before venturing into dangerous constellations
- Compare marketplaces - Each station has different prices based on player activity
- Craft before you go - Refine raw ores into alloys for higher value before selling
